• Oversee and engage in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Manage a team of 5 direct reports
• Provide interpretation, guidance and assistance (to management and employees) on employment conditions contained in relevant awards, agreements and policies.
• Provide advice to, and actively participate, with management on counselling, disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Participate in EBA negotiations
• Support Managers with employee life cycle
• Conduct workplace investigations and report on findings as required.
• Complete end of month reporting.
• Contribute to maintaining up to date and relevant HR policies and procedures and identify opportunities to improve HR systems, processes and services.
• Organise and oversee training programs in consultation with managers.
• Contribute to workplace projects including the implementation of a new ERP system
• Engage with external stakeholders including Unions, Fair Work and Human Rights Commission
• Payroll including EBA interpretation, processing, loading of employees and supporting the team
• Assume leadership responsibilities during executive absence as second-in-command, including financial Delegation of Authority and participating as part of the Executive team
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for middle management roles, oversee driver recruitment
• Provide support for disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Support Managers with employee life cycle
• Complete end of month reporting.
• Contribute to maintaining up to date and relevant HR policies and procedures
• Engage with external stakeholders including Unions, Fair Work and Human Rights Commission
• Payroll including EBA interpretation, processing, loading of employees and supporting the team

· Pay employees using 4 different Collective Agreements, across three states (VIC, NSW & QLD).
· Perform month end procedures
· Work Cover payments and administration of claims.
· Create and maintain Master Debtor / Vendor files.
· Set and maintain List price (including bulk price increases & USD pricing).
· Fleet Manager (fleet approx. 60 vehicles).
· Sarbanes / Oxley process owner (including implementation and maintenance, annual audits).
· Deal with both internal and external audits for both Financial and Sarbanes / Oxley.
· Create and maintain Master Debtor / Vendor files.
· Set and maintain List price (including bulk price increases & USD pricing).
