I am a high-achieving, results-driven executive leader with 25 years experience in senior management and business development across the health, aged care, community, and disability sectors. In parallel with my professional career, I have remained deeply committed to personal health and fitness. My Pilates journey began in 2015 in Sydney, and upon relocating to Melbourne in 2018, I discovered Studio Pilates. What started as a client relationship evolved into a multifaceted role, where I became a Platinum Instructor, Sales Consultant, and, most recently, Studio Manager at Richmond. In 2023, I made the intentional decision to step away from executive leadership in health to pursue a more fulfilling and enjoyable future in the fitness industry. I am driven by achieving outstanding results in high-performance, values-based, and people-centered environments. This passion fuels my ability to identify innovative opportunities for productivity improvement and business growth.
