I am currently in the final stages of my third project as an Electrical Foreman. The project (Hillyard House) is a 16 story tower in South City, Woolloongabba. The building consists of 150 build to rent units and 2 sub penthouses. The building also has retail on Ground floor and a expansive rooftop featuring a pool, spa, sauna, steam room, massage room and yoga lawn.

Prior to this project I also completed Angelika Film Centre also located in South City. This luxury cinema contains 8 cinemas showing both block busters and indi films. We installed and commissioned all power and data.

My first project was Perry House in Bowen Hills. This was a 7 story tower with 2 basements that contained 77 build to rent units.

CV recognised my job title as foreman at the end of 2023. My job title prior to this was 'Leading Hand,'

As an apprentice at CV I started in commercial construction in 2018. I did my first two years of my apprenticeship on the Sunshine Coast, my first year and a half was in commercial construction where I worked on high and low rise residential, Caboolture Police Station, Mango Hill State School and a office tower. I spent six months on an exchange program and worked on new build housing.

At the end of 2019 I moved to Brisbane and worked on Montague Markets in West End for Pradella. I continued to work on this project until Mid 2021. I then moved over to South City and worked there until the end of my apprenticeship running a fit off crew.

I was signed off early and went straight into a leading hand position at Perry House.
