As a Senior Community Youth Justice Officer, i have endeavored to uphold the highest standard of ethical practice with integrity in efforts to produce positive outcomes for young people within the Youth Justice System. This includes having the ability to build relationships with young people and their families and various service providers and having cultural awareness. This role requires an ability to adapt to constantly changing and fast paced environments and provide solutions to complex issues, nonetheless I am hard-working, highly motivated and take pride in the organizational values that drive my practice to successfully support young people to navigate through the Youth Justice System and successfully re-integrate back into society.
