In my current position as a Technical Support Officer, I have gained knowledge allowing me to utilise Department of Education tools and Mobile Device Management (MDM) software to effectively manage networked devices and troubleshoot IT issues. I efficiently tackle challenges and provide reliable support, enhancing the overall IT environment. Key responsibilities and achievements I have made in this role include


  • Managing a fleet of school-owned and BYOD Apple devices using JAMF School, ensuring high levels of maintenance and the enforcement of group policies
  • Providing timely resolutions to IT queries reported by staff and students
  • Researching and implementing solutions to IT issues such as streamlining the re-installation process of JAMF school on student BYOD devices
  • Investigating issues involving Papercut for Windows BYOD devices to enhance reliability and efficiency by not requiring password changes
  • Recording of IT resources into RM Assets and developing a new asset label that is easily identifiable to increase efficiency during stocktake

As an Approved Manager I was entrusted to supervise and manage the premises as required. In this position I have organised and coordinated a store refurbishment, and took leadership, managing the team during months of store manager absence.

Store Services Assistant

Whilst at BWS I was offered a casual position at the adjacent Woolworths in which I worked unsupervised every weekend handling the stores cash management, payroll processes and compliance. Due to the demerger of Woolworths Group I was unable to continue my position.


  • Maintained accurate Payroll for a team of approximately 100 people using Kronos Workforce Management
  • My duties included daily reconciliations of payroll adjustments, investigating work rule breaches in accordance to the Enterprise Agreement whilst liaising with store and department managers on daily store wage expenditure to make roster alterations
  • Responsible for daily funds distributions to registers through the preparation of change requests and collection of daily cash takings
  • Utilised NCR R10 Office I investigated cash overs/shorts ensuring registers and safes were balanced and discrepancies were accounted for
  • First point of contact for all incoming external phone calls in which I conducted myself in a professional manner and provided resolution to enquires
  • Ensured accuracy of updated price ticketing
  • Adaptability into other departments in the store when required including grocery replenishment and assistance at the service desk in addition to my role.

This was a casual position working for a well-respected and highly praised small country business. This business valued a close attention to detail and strong bonds between customers and staff.
