Accomplishments

FCB Program 01/07/2021-30/05/2024.

I was the Bridge overseer/supervisor, where I ran all the day to day crews within my structure. Throughout the program I had as many as five bridge construction crews and two pipe laying crews, this included up to 20 council staff aswell as another 15-20 contractors on a day to day basis. Through out this time council internally constructed and replaced 87 timber bridges with newly designed concrete structures, 9 being large bridge to culvert projects the rest being concrete bridges. All up the program was 54 million dollars in total in which we finished under budget.

FCB Round 2 program, Regional roads program. 01/06/2024 - 30/06/2026. Currently I have been in a planning and coordinator role for the past 9 months in which I look after all the pre design studies that are required to engage with a bridge designer, in which I work with the designer to get the best outcome for each project. Once design is received I procure all items to complete the project aswell as create a project specific plan which covers all permits, WHS and Environmental requirements needed to carry out the works. On a monthly basis I meet with the funding partners in which I report all risks associated with the projects or any delays that may have caused the project to fall behind schedule.
