As a Curtin Food Science and Technology student: I have the basic ideas required for the development of the new product, as I (in a team) prepared ‘Fibrein Pasta’, a protein-fiber-rich pasta, which was highly appreciated by the industry members as well. I know the problems that relate to receiving the raw material till the commercialization of the innovative product and how quality, costs, target markets, and time of launching affect its marketing. I believe in providing new values to the customers by developing new products for them.
