Key Responsibilities

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE
  • Ensure that a proper level of stock is maintained, and that the merchandise is displayed appropriately with proper signage and favourable placement;
  • Implement and ensure the high standard of merchandising presentation is consistently applied;
  • Provide superior customer service;
  • Help customer make selections by building confidence, offering suggestions and opinions;
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results and sales budgets as needed;
  • Accurately describe the product features and benefits;
  • Comprehensively answer any customer queries regarding the store, its products or services;
  • Provide information regarding allergies, food safety procedures.

  • MARKETING
  • Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors
  • Researches and analyses a variety of marketing information, including market trends, pricing schedules, competitor offerings, product specifications, and demographic data
