- One of the developers responsible for FMG’s new Intranet redevelopment
- This included improving on the current intranet’s navigation and information architecture as well as migrating all content from the current Intranet into FMG’s new Intranet
- Jasmin was also involved in rebuilding an existing Rookies and Coaches JavaScript solution into a new PowerApps and Power Automate application
- The Rookies and Coaches application helps staff nominate to become either a Coach or a Rookie
- The Coach and Rookie relationship details are captured in a list and displayed in a PowerApps form which displays which Coaches are available for mentoring
- It also displays a personal screen listing the user’s current Coach/Rookie details (etc their Coach if they are a Rookie, their Rookies if they are a Coach).
Technical Specialist/PowerApps Developer
Curtin
- Jasmin developed several PowerApps forms and Power Automate workflows for Curtin
- This helped Curtin streamline communication among teams to allow for faster decision making as well as ensuring that the information was accurate, complete, and easy to read
- Building these forms reduced the time and effort involved in filling out and processing forms.

- RWWA required a new Award Nomination form that allowed staff to nominate a colleague for outstanding performance
- Jasmin built a PowerApps form and workflow which goes through an approval process to recognize and reward employees for outstanding performance.

- Involved in UWA’s new Valo ‘intranet-in-a-box’ solution, Jasmin was one of the key people responsible for building UWA’s new intranet hosted in SharePoint Online and utilising SharePoint’s modern framework.

- Installing and configuring Valo Teamwork
- This allowed ECU to have a simple and scalable process for managing Teams and Office 365 collaboration spaces
- Improved the process further with Microsoft Flows and Azure runbooks for added functionality.
Sitecore Developer
Water Corporation
- Involved in building Water Corporations new website (ASP .NET MVC and Sitecore 9.2 Development)
- The website was created utilizing Azure infrastructure combined with Microsoft B2C authentication, Azure AD and Azure Search.
SharePoint Lead Developer
- A new intranet built on SharePoint 2016 on-premise being rebranded and built with a strong focus on personalization (intranet adapting what it displays depending on the user’s profile details)
- The provisioning solution was built using SPMeta2.
Sitecore/.Net Developer
- This project consisted of three phases, all revolving around Sitecore and the RAC public website
- Phase one involved migrating the old myRAC website into the new public website Sitecore implementation
- Phase two included an upgrade from Sitecore 7.2 to Sitecore 8.2.2
- Phase three involved adding enhanced functionalities to myRAC which involved integrating to a variety of data sources (REST and SOAP endpoints).
SharePoint Developer/Migration Lead
- Creation of a new Intranet experience in Office 365/SharePoint Online as well as migrating the old environments data into the new environment
- A new online system was also built to assist with the management of service requests related to site creation.
