I believe i am a highly driven, organised and collaborative leader and educator with the ability to inspire others around me. I promote an empowering work culture and ensure i involve all stakeholders in the decision making process. I have a deep understanding in curriculum development and team mentorship, enhancing learning outcomes and achieving National Quality Standards. I have the ability to work on ample tasks and projects as i have developed strong time management skills in my role as director.
