- I am a child of deaf adults (CODA). Although I am not a qualified interpreter, I have my entire life experience of being involved in the deaf community. I communicate using Auslan in a large portion of my week to my family and within my work environment.
- In my previous and my current workplace, I have worked in an environment with deaf staff who use Auslan as their only form of communication. Which has help me gained a big understanding of working with the Auslan language in not only my personal environment but in an educational setting.
