The Patient Safety Junior Associate is responsible for assisting in the day to day management of safety reports received by, or requiring action according to Client's process, company SOP and protocols.

• Work in accordance with the various client's SOPs and protocols, Work Instruction, including use of Third Party database.

• Provide internal and external support in terms of pharmacovigilance.

• Assist the Pharmacovigilance Manager, as requested.

• Entry of Adverse Event cases into GxP database and case follow up activities.

• Provide support to Patient Safety Manager for ad gov Pharmacovigilance projects.

• Ensure that all potential adverse events or products complaints are appropriately reported and followed up according to clients procedures

• Comply with Project Specific Responsibilities (PSR) as stipulated in individual client project (a).

• Sorting, accessioning, and labelling the specimens sending from the hospitals, clinics as well as collection centre across the state
• Familiar with technical application such as ULTRA and MFS
• Perform and run microbiological test on different specimens as per doctor requested
• Know how to operate instrument such as IRIS, BacT/Alert 3D, MGIT 960, VITEK, MALDI, etc…) Prepare and stain slides of microorganisms for microscopic examination
• Perform daily, weekly, or monthly quality control on all the media, antibiotics, and kits to be used in the lab
• Maintenance of lab instruments such as calibrating, adjusting , cleaning and sterilizing
• Monitor temperature range of all the incubators and keeping accurate records
• Team collaborations to complete the set-up of all the specimen so the results can be sent out to the doctors on time
• Running daily QC on IRIS and make sure all the machines are working properly
• Cleaning and maintaining the lab equipment and supplies
• Enforce strict health and safety regulation.

• Identify medical related problems or queries and bring them to the attention of the pharmacist
• Answer queries on the supply and availability of the medicines (where it is within competence) Assist with stock control and the maintenance of reasonable stock level within the retail environment
• Liaise with other healthcare professionals to assist in the continuity of the patient care across primary and secondary care
• Able to respond to the symptoms described by customers by following agreed protocol and using own knowledge and judgement
• Select and recommend suitable products and provide advice on correct use
• Ensure great customer service.

• Leading a small team and providing regular staff training and advice on complex protocols
• Recruitment of new member, monitoring performance and providing feedback to junior staffs as well as head operation manager
• Provide operational training and support to new franchisee, ensuring a smooth operation flow based on new store layout
• Roster the shifts according to staff’s availability, in charge of their payroll
• Ensure excellent customer service to be met and able to handle customers’ queries as well as complaint
• Make reasonable judgement on daily sales forecast to avoid waste of any stocks.

• Promote and sell products to retail and wholesale outlets, business and industry professional
• Perform cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customer
• Maintain positive business relationship and ensure future sales.
