The Patient Safety Junior Associate is responsible for assisting in the day to day management of safety reports received by, or requiring action according to Client's process, company SOP and protocols.
• Work in accordance with the various client's SOPs and protocols, Work Instruction, including use of Third Party database.
• Provide internal and external support in terms of pharmacovigilance.
• Assist the Pharmacovigilance Manager, as requested.
• Entry of Adverse Event cases into GxP database and case follow up activities.
• Provide support to Patient Safety Manager for ad gov Pharmacovigilance projects.
• Ensure that all potential adverse events or products complaints are appropriately reported and followed up according to clients procedures
• Comply with Project Specific Responsibilities (PSR) as stipulated in individual client project (a).
