Summary

I have worked for over a year as a deli manager at Ritchies IGA, and been working for over five years as a deli team member, and have loved the opportunity to learn and grow my knowledge in a deli fresh department.

I have learnt the skills in creating rosters and budgeting, ordering and writing up invoices, creating grazing boxes (platters) and special orders for customers.

One thing I pride myself in is my ability to create displays inside deli cases, in cheese and meal fridges as well as around deli cases to cross stock items.

Not only have I been a great asset in the deli department, but by working alongside store managers, I have also worked closely with other team members and department managers on a day-to-day basis to boost moral and provide support to create a happy work environment.
