I am a level-headed professional who remains calm and effective in high-pressure situations. Especially as a mother, I see a problem, and I fix the problem. As a "natural-born" counselor, I uphold confidentiality with good active listening skills, a talent for approaching people, and engaging them in an open discussion where they feel comfortable enough to discuss their needs, especially as my working life encompassed direct customer service, where I showcased my personable, adaptable skill set. From 1994, I sold pool tables at IMV Enterprises-Orange, worked as a waitress and sandwich maker in more than five restaurants and bakeries, until I was 18, when I became a traveling saleswoman, served drinks in bars in the evening, and taught children to swim on the same day. I even walked the streets of Melbourne and Sydney with dozens of miscellaneous products from equally miscellaneous companies. My extensive, proactive work history is difficult to place on two pages, as I am an enigma who is equally enthusiastic and loquacious. Senior management roles: I greet customers and answer phones with a pen in hand to write appointments, names, phone numbers, and all relevant information from the face-to-face interactions or phone calls, so mistakes do not happen. There is always some form of checks and balances that I do before I proceed as I have learned through my life experiences to never make mistakes in the first place, I triple count monies, my books have always tallied. I never steal, I am so brutally honest sometimes I offend people, never with malice, always with integrity and best interests for all parties concerned. Though it looks to the world I have not worked for 20 years, the truth is I have never stopped working a single day of my life. I have run personal hobby businesses that means I answer my own phone, take my own bookings, ensure I can best meet the needs of the customer, I always go above and beyond to meet expectations, so much so, I generally provide add on products or look for earlier appointments. Every patron I’ve ever assisted walks away smiling. I am always smiling which is infectious. I have so much to give and when I was under employment, years ago, my reputation was so excellent I was called up from different establishments to fill positions in short supply of reliable staff. Meaning, I would suddenly go to Bowral from Wollongong to teach a swim class. The pub down the road from the pub I worked at called me, not the other way around. Those times may have changed, but I have not. If anything, I have only become a more impactful person than my early years. I assist the broken, downtrodden, and forgotten souls in my community, provided a confidential ear, solace and a safe space to feel better. I cannot provide proof of my natural customer service abilities; I guess you must take a chance on me first.
