  • McCrindle is a medium-sized business with employees in Sydney, Perth, Brisbane, and the Philippines. McCrindle clients are based across Australia, with some in New Zealand, and other countries internationally.
  • As a research strategist, I worked on a wide range of projects, building client partnerships, designing sales solutions, and delivering work that equips organizations with meaningful insights.
  • Building rapport with team based in other locations, as well as establishing a connection and working relationship with clients remotely, was a necessary skill. This has afforded me valuable experience and expertise in working in a 'remote' or distance dynamics.

My roles and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Delivering research presentations (both online and in-person).
  • Upskilling and development of McCrindle account managers, currently a team of 5.
  • Developing account partnerships with key clients (McCrindle clients range, but a high proportion are education and NFP-based organisations).

These roles and responsibilities required me to:

  • Be well thought out, but adaptable and able to think on my feet.
  • Find innovative solutions, and bring the team together to accomplish the goal.
  • Have a big picture view, as well as attention to detail.
