During my career, I have held various roles including State Manager at Humanity Health Group, National Partnership Manager at Kiddo, Injury Rehabilitation Specialist, and Anytime Fitness Club Owner & Director.
Through my experience in these roles, I have acquired the necessary skillset to effectively assist in my current role as National Partnership Manager at Kiddo and my previous role as State Manager QLD & WA for Humanity Health Group, Care Squared and Generation Care. My passion for the Allied Health and NDIS sector has been rekindled through my current role at Kiddo and previous role at Humanity Health Group.

In my capacity as the State Manager for Generation Care, I oversaw and coordinated aged care services in both Queensland and Western Australia, ensuring the highest standards of care for elderly individuals.

Partnerships and BDM Care Squared Connect Unique Expressive Therapies Queensland & Western Australia and Facilitator:
I played a crucial role in developing partnerships and expanding the Unique Expressive Therapies program in Queensland and Western Australia, contributing to improved access to expressive therapies for our clients.
Care Squared Kids Partnerships Manager NDIS (Queensland & Western Australia):
In this capacity, I focused on managing partnerships and collaborations for the Care Squared Kids program under the NDIS, ensuring high-quality support and services for children and their families.
State Manager Queensland Humanity Code Working with Broncos, Reds, Titans:
I led the Queensland Humanity Code program, collaborating with prominent sports teams like Broncos, Reds, and Titans to promote health and well-being initiatives within the community.
State Manager Queensland and Western Australia Care Squared Futures DES Allied Health Provider:
As the State Manager for Care Squared Futures, I oversaw the delivery of Disability Employment Services (DES) allied health support in both Queensland and Western Australia.
Under my leadership, Humanity Health Group experienced remarkable growth. For instance, between 2021 and 2022, referrals on average went from 110 a month to 320 across the Five brands a testament to our commitment to providing high-quality services and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
I take pride in my contributions to the success of Humanity Health Group and look forward to leveraging my expertise in future roles to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare sector.
During my tenure at Jimboomba Physio, I assumed a pivotal role in post-surgery rehabilitation, receiving referrals from General Practitioners, Physiotherapists and surgeons. My dedication to providing exceptional care and clinical outcomes earned me the esteemed recognition of "Most Outstanding Rehab" by Dr. John Scott, a testament to my commitment to excellence in the field of rehabilitation.
In addition to working with patients recovering from surgical procedures, I also had the privilege of supporting individuals with disabilities in their rehabilitation journeys. This aspect of my work allowed me to apply specialised techniques and methodologies tailored to the unique needs of participants, fostering their recovery and empowering them to achieve their fullest potential.
Throughout my time at Jimboomba Physio, I remained steadfast in my focus on clinical outcomes and capacity building. My deep understanding of evidence-based practices, coupled with my expertise in capacity building strategies, enabled me to optimise patient progress and drive successful rehabilitation outcomes.
