  • Executed and improved RSL WA's iconic Poppy Appeal fundraising campaign, a State-wide fundraiser in the lead up to Remembrance Day, that raised over $200k to fund urgent financial assistance and welfare support for veterans in need.

    over 200 GP customers (the majority) to new subscription model.
  • Developed and implemented a personalised Monthly Report marketing automation campaign to retain and delight existing GP customers. The monthly report used personalised content that showed GP customers how many online bookings, appointments, and new patients their practice processed to demonstrate time savings from using the Practice Management Suite and Patient Connect products.
  • Executed regular email and platform communications for new product updates and enhancements to engage and retain existing GP customers on the Practice Management Suite.

  • Supported Healthengine's Media Partnerships team with ad mock-ups, case studies and presentations to win proposals and increase annual media revenue that enabled Healthengine to invest in their mission of providing outstanding care experiences.
  • Worked on innovative partnerships and developed new media products including Chemist2U (pharmacy delivery), Chemist Near You, and Pharmacy Near You, to improve campaign performance and maximise media revenue.
  • Developed new email templates and processes to reduce turnaround times and add further value to Healthengine's media products and service delivery.
