- I started with Openreach as a fibre optic engineer and quickly worked myself up to a Senior Engineer, i am fully trained in all aspects of the build from exchange to customer, i also have a extensive expericience in Ethernet build and fitment. My speciality was fault finding and resolving breakages, by the time i decided to leave Openreach i was one of the leading engineers in my field, i would first choice to be drafted into different parts of the country to assist other teams in getting back on track with deadlines. I am more than able to lead and work within a team but i am also more than working solo. My managers were very aware of my ability to achieve a very high success rate in completions on difficult and complex jobs, i would be normally called in when others failed. I work safely, efficiently and have a determined work ethic. I was keen to go through new training and keep as up to date as possible, i find it very natural to turn my hand to new ideas.
