As an ex motor mechanic in the 80s i have always had a passion for cars and motor sport, mainly v8 super cars but also touring cars and rally, monster trucks

I was a mechanic during the 1980s so a passion for cars has flowed through my veins as a kid, i have always followed motor sport all aspects, from touring cars in the early days following the likes of Peter Brock and Alan Moffatt, Jim Richards, and in later years becoming v8 super cars and finding new hero's in Mark Skaife, Greg Murphy and Craig Lowndes, to name a few.
I am also a huge fan of rally, touring cars and monster trucks.
I own classic cars so i get pleasure from working and driving them, i just love old school cars, as i frequent car auctions both online and in person i have had the opportunity to purchase our vehicles, two of which have appeared in Australian tv series.
I collect model cars of all scales and brands all makes and models, there is a huge car room in our house full of glass display cabinets, i am still collecting hot wheels and matchbox cars and have all my child hood collection packed away.
Relaxing at home on my days off helps me unwind from life's busy work schedule, i also love to read crime novels as well during my lunch breaks and on the train travelling to and from work.
