- Organization of plant and equipment hire, ordering of consumables and fixings, coordination with labour hire companies when extra labour required.
- Maintaining delivery schedule to provide continuous flow of works.
- Attend subcontractors meeting to provide accurate progress updates to builder and coordinate target areas with other subcontractors to aid in total handover of project.
- Hands-on approach to providing accurate set out for framing crews, and consultation with manufacturer engineers to ensure all plans, methodology and problems are solved before workers get to any certain task.

- Project consisting of full facade window wall panels with curtain wall spandrels
- Manage crew of installers ranging from 30 men to 120 at the peak of the project. Working day shift, night shift, weekends and RDOs with 5 separate mastclimber crews.
- Ensure maximum productivity across multiple live edge areas and adhere to strict drop zone requirements.
- Strong knowledge of lifting capacity for mini cranes and glass lifters to ensure safe install of panels over high traffic area of Melbourne CBD.
- Implementation and enforcement of strict health and safety protocols, ensuring all works adhere to Swms and and tools and materials to be tethered.
- Attend 2 weekly subcontractors meetings to provide updates and programs to builder and other trades
- Attend daily facade, drop zone and mastclimber meetings to provide constant updates to builder about target area completion
- Constant communication with window supplier to have appropriate materials delivered to site daily to provide continuous flow of work for installers over multiple areas and facade types.
- Coordination with manufacturer engineer to provide plans, install methodology and engineering solutions in advance of time of install.
- Coordination with formworkers, waterproofers and surveyors so that work areas are ready for teams to start on new areas.
- Organising delivery of plant and equipment to site when needed.
