2 Melbourne Quarter (Lead Draftsperson offsider)

• 2MQ is a commercial high-rise building in the heart of the Melbourne CBD, while working on 2MQ I was the offsider to the lead draftsperson. Duties included setting out sheets and views for reinforcement plans and detailing reinforcement/post tensioning sections, modelling the roof façade steelwork and steelwork connections on the roof façade.

Gowrie Retirement Village (Lead Draftsperson offsider)

• Gordan Quarter formally known as Lady Gowrie village retirement village is a retirement village in Gordan in North Sydney. The project at hand at a variety of buildings from existing buildings to new construction. Duties included modelling existing and new residential structures and detailing timber, steel and concrete connections, coordinating with architects, services and clients to reach project deadlines.

Dubbo Hospital (Lead Drafter – Stage 4 clinical building and Stage 5 cancer centre)

• Dubbo hospital is an overhaul and new build of dubbo hospital, Dubbo was a challenging project due the vast size and the constant change of the project. Various parts of the project kept changing due to Dubbo being the main hospital in the inland region of NSW and they have to accommodate for all needs and possible health problems that may arise in those living environments.

• Assembling cabinets, edge banding, contacting laminate to MDF, Particle Board and Melamine Board, working with stone and Corian, working with curves units
• Using hand and power tools.
