• Since starting work at NASS, Jason has taken over numerous of high profile jobs for Tier 1/2 contractors

These jobs include the following:

• Central Station with Laing O'rourke: NASS has completed a vast majority of the works to date but there has been a lot of variation works that has been required from Laing O'rourke and future works

• Warringah Mall with Scentre Group: NASS has completed a vast majority of contract works and Jason has came along to finalise the last 15-20% of works which always seem to be the most critical part of contracted works.

• Crows Nest Metro with AW Edwards: I have conducted variation works at crows nest ranging from $5k - $500k, ensuring all jobs ran on time and within budget to ensure KPI's have been met and ITP's are still within industry standard

• Bankstown / Punchbowl / Cantebury (SWM3) with JH / LOR: Nass having worked along side with Laing O'Rourke at Central Station. Laing O'Rourke invited Nass out to assist LOR / JH to provide a budget to Sydney metro. estimated job cost $2.7m. This includes scaffolding, hazmat, demolition, shutdown weekends and methodologies

• Created, printed and modified drawings in AutoCAD and Revit

• Detailing steel, timber framing connections
• Interpreting architectural drawings.
