Providing services related to Property Management in an associate capacity. I provided assistance to companies within the housing industry for outsourced tasks/activities such as viewings, referencing, maintenance inspections and administrative tasks such as account reconciliation and liaising with third party companies such as local authorities.
As a Support Manager I had a major input into the day-to-day operations of the organisation. I managed our Huddersfield & Salford branches. I regularly conducted training and development for all staff within the company. As a leader I was responsible for the overall performance of staff. This includes maintaining the standards of our properties, client engagement and office culture. I gained experience conducting interviews, facilitating employee appraisals and grievance processes.
