Key Responsibilities
Operate an automated packaging line, consisting of automated
weighing and bagging machinery and robotic palletising
Operate raw material batching and processing systems
Monitor and manage raw product flow through complex briquetting,
gas fired fluidised bed drying and fluidised bed cooling process
plant following standard operating procedures.
Minor maintenance, including fault diagnosis, plant lubrication,
reset thermal overloads, clear plant and equipment jams etc
Organise shift personnel activities in the packaging area
Organise materials, labour and equipment to meet production
plans
Ensure safe working practices are employed throughout the factory
Administration and supervision duties including practical training of
others, production /incident/accident reports, machine downtime
reports.
Conduct routine quality control testing
Start up and shut down of all plant systems
General Machine Operating with Earthwork equipment.
General Labouring and assisting with Tradesman
Landscaping and concreting.
Heavy Rigid Truck license
