-Maintenance/Landscaping duties and upkeep of industrial/commercial and residential properties.

-Mowing(ride on),whipper snipping,blowing,edging,weeding,tree/rubbish and green waste removal.Planting,water blasting,mulching,chemical spraying.

-Assist builders and earthworks team on complete home builds as well as demolition and site preparation.

-Temporary fence erection/removal.

-Final build clean ups(presale)Pool care and maintenance.

-General upkeep and maintenance of properties and common areas within resort.

-Lawn and garden upkeep,waterblasting,plastering,tiling,drywall sheeting or repair.

-Plumbing(minor),paint prep/painting.

-Furniture replacement or repair as reported by guests/tenants.

-Pool/Spa cleaning and maintenance.

-Regularly report with Resort Manager and maintain a maintenance checklist.

-Build and construct mobile accommodation destined for use in mining.

-Complete build and fit out of cabins.

-General building,carpentry,flooring,door and window installation.

-Gyprock sheeting,insulation,painting,bath/shower installation.

-External cladding,roofing,plumbing(minor),electrical(minor).

-Forklift operation and maintenance.

-Housekeeping duties and prep cleaning in readiness for client delivery.

-Safe operation of power equipment and mobile scaffolds/cranes.

-Capacity to interpret plans and identify issues that may arise.Ability to rectify issues whilst maintaining and adhering to Australian Standards.

-Capability to work with others to achieve high standards safely.

-Pool restoration and resurfacing.

-Fibreglass preparation and application.

-All aspects of site prep,grinding and bogging during resurfacing process.

-Product and chemical use/application and safe handling,storage,transport procedures.

Vinyl ester/acetone/catalyst/gel coat etc….

-Robinson gel coat spray gun operation and maintenance.

-General pool equipment supply and replace/repair. Required plumbing works.

-Make customers aware of safety procedures whilst conducting work.(Toxic smell)

-Supplier relationship in regards to stock levels and product procurement.

-Client interactions in regards to quoting work with the goal of future work for the business.

-Overall management and responsibilities from start too completion of works conducted whilst Director is absent.
