  • As a volunteer at SOLIDER ON, Jay has taught veterans affected by their service how to transform mentally and physically through the practice of yoga and fitness.
  • Jay volunteered at Pag Alay Ng Puso foundation including the construction of schools and english education of impoverished communities in Manila, Philippines.
  • Jay served as a Healthy Minds Champion at Accenture. Jay was a representative and key point of contact for Accenture’s Healthy Minds initiative within Canberra. Responsibilities included support and regular contributions for key mental health events and provision of support for mental health within the workplace.
  • Jay constantly challenges himself physically and mentally and has accomplished the completion of a 50km ultra-marathon.
