Utility-Scale Project Delivery

Delivered end-to-end engineering services — feasibility, procurement, construction, QA/QC, commissioning and handover — for solar and BESS projects, including:

· Tantric Solutions | 2 MW Solar + 1 MW BESS Hybrid Project

· 8 MW Solar Farm – New Zealand (In Progress)

Responsibilities included:

• Feasibility & Design: Conducted feasibility analysis, technical design reviews, energy modelling and grid-integration studies.
• Site Selection: Assessed multiple locations, selecting the final site based on geotechnical and soil report findings.
• Civil Works: Oversaw site preparation, earthworks and access requirements.
• Mechanical Works: Coordinated mechanical installation with contractors to meet all Nextracker design requirements.
• Electrical (DC/HV): Delivered DC, LV and HV works through contractor oversight, ensuring compliance with standards and DNSP rules.
• Procurement: Managed procurement of all major equipment, including MVPS, PV modules, trackers, BESS units and HV upgrade packages.
• DNSP Engagement: Led Powercor engagement through all stages of network approval and commissioning.
• SCADA, Controls & IT: Delivered site SCADA, fibre upgrades, network/IT infrastructure and controls integration.
• Protection: Completed required secondary protection upgrades and testing.
