Summary

I am a charismatic Assistant Store Manager with a few years of experience in retail management specific to the Port Macquarie Central shopping centre! Having already worked for years in the centre, I have already spent the time building rapport and relationships with all of our regular customers and other employees within the centre.

Results-driven, while still adopting fun and realistic methods of work, My focus is not just on customers, but also team morale which I believe in turn brings out the best in the company.

I am always brain storming, whether it is new and interactive ways to beat store and personal KPIs or Visual Merchandising display, which is a part of the job that I very much enjoy and tend to have an eye for: Arranging colours, patterns and styles to be visual appealing to boost sales and display new ranges. This is something that has come naturally to me during my time in Women's fashion and is a creative side of myself that I would like to bring with me to Platypus.
