• Resolve and assist with inquiries in the AGSVA Appeals inbox
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to prepare responses including written statements and redact documents in line with the Freedom of Information Act 1982 and the Privacy Act 1988
• Provide advice to AGSVA staff and stakeholders regarding FOI and Privacy as it relates to AGSVA and the security clearance appeal process.
• Assist in providing on boarding sessions for new starters in AGSVA
• Providing high attention to detail in tasks
• Responsible for using my sound judgment to make recommendations on security clearance appeals by reviewing the clearance assessment process and decisions
• Providing support to AGSVA’s FOI Accredited Decision Makers by managing and preparing requests for information under the FOI Act, within mandated time frames.
• Managing requests for information such as administrative access, disclosures under the Privacy Act and responding to subpoenas or warrants.
• Resolve Account Receivable email enquiries regarding but not limited to invoicing, remittance advice, purchase order updates, overdue invoices,
refund requests, EFT details, credit memos and payment disputes.
• Generate debt management reports from SAP and analyse, investigate,
and reconcile overdue accounts.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis, including government departments, private enterprise, and Defence personnel.
• Complete day to day administrative duties such as monitoring and maintaining Outlook inboxes, replying to correspondence, receiving, and responding to phone calls, creation of new customer records,sending internal charging forms to DFG, filing communications into Objective and meeting minutes.
• Manage the AGSVA assets including vehicles and laptops and organise support functions such as the vehicle booking calendar, car washes etc.
• Use of a wide variety of applications and reporting tools including Roman, MyClearance, PSAMS, PowerBI, Argus,Objective, Outlook, Excel, and Skype.
• Compete AE643, AF033, AC978 and AF735 forms.
• Create and update knowledge articles to reflect the most accurate and up to date business processes.
• Generating and distributing large volumes of invoices and reports to industry partners/external stakeholders.
• Provide high quality and efficient customer service.
• Day to day administrative tasks including assisting customers with financial questions, complete banking reconciliations with
accuracy, new client applications, reporting duties, cash handling, opening new accounts, international money transfers,
deceased estates, payment disputes, credit card and personal lone enquires.
• Provide correct identification procedures and helping withdrawals, transfers, deposits, and cheques.
•Provide customers with information regarding personal and business accounts and other financial products offered by the
bank and recommend suitable options to customers.
