Jayden Newton

My name is Jayden, I am a 25-year-old male, living in Bendigo, Victoria. My current situation allows for me to be flexible and reliable when it comes to meeting work demands, to getting to all rostered shifts and taking up overtime shifts where I am needed by the company. I pride myself on being a very fast leaner and always being determined to work at the best of my capability, I have always worked well in a team and independently and can work in a fast but accurate manner, in high stress situations and constantly changing environments. My work experience goes from bartending to working within a factory operating machinery to being a prison office, with my past work experience I have gained a range of skills with most being tested daily such as time management skills, communication skills, paperwork, use of Microsoft applications and teamwork.

• Leader: College captain for Kurunjang Secondary College, Part of a permanent team within a Loddon prison unit, when working within the unit, leadership was key for all permanent staff as with the environment changing so often leadership was key in taking control of situations.
