Furthermore, encompassing document preparation, team collaboration, logistical coordination, administrative assistance, and quality control to ensure successful project execution.

• Jayden was required to work with participants one-on-one, or in a group and at times working alongside other Development Mentors to meet the individual needs of the client.
• Supported team members and management by going above and beyond to meet goals.

• As a labourer on the Keiraville Case Container project, Jayden was responsible for working alongside project managers, tradesmen, architects, engineers, and other members of the project team to ensure the successful completion of the $2.1 million dollar home.
• Demonstrated respect, friendliness and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Managed time efficiently in order to complete all tasks within deadlines.
• Used critical thinking to break down problems, evaluate solutions and make decisions.
