  • Responsible for the office administration, document management and housekeeping.
  • Order materials, plant, and equipment:
    - Assist in monitoring and documenting the hire of plant and equipment. Must consider the following: why, when and for how long.
    - Materials are to be ordered on an as needed basis. Cost and quality implications must be taken into consideration.
    - All materials, plant and equipment are to be coordinated by the Site Coordinator to monitor cost and to familiarisethemselves with the products.
  • Assist with tracking construction programmes.
  • Assist in the collation of tender documents. Perform site administration duties as directed by the Contracts Administrator.I.e., Check and process all delivery dockets and invoices.
  • Responsible for entering and managing all orders for Site Preliminaries.
  • Ensure that office drawings are kept up to date and contractors & subcontractors are kept up to date with currentdrawings and specifications.

    - Assist in ensuring all HSE checklists are completed in a timely manner and in-line with Mirvac procedures and closedout when required (e.g., Completion of First Aid Checklists and ordering/re-stocking of any required items etc.).
    - Assist in ensuring all electrical testing and tagging of all Mirvac owned equipment is completed in line with allstatutory and Mirvac HSE requirements. Ensure all Site Noticeboards are always kept up to date.
  • Assist in the collection of the Operation & Maintenance/Owners Manuals and Body Corporate Manuals.
