I am an experienced chef with a very bubbly and motivational attitude searching for a career in the food and customer service industry. Very passionate with food and meat, i have been working with whole bodies (pigs, lambs, goats and fish (seafood) since i was 10 years old. I am experienced to work in faced paced environments but also am able to teach and learn with and from my colleagues. I have a very "lets get it done" attitude and always motivate and help my team to get the job done. I understand everything has a timeline and im very aware of that, to ensure all preparation is done for the day. I speak fluent in English and Croatian. Being bilingual and living in eastern Europe made me really aware of cultural diversity and has shown me how important it is to ensure everyone feels comfortable and at home especially living in one of the most culturally diverse countries in the world.
