• Investigated and resolved major cache issues that would have impacted student enrolment across the University and affected the start of the academic year. This was done working closely with both vendor and internal teams.
• I was responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of 2 of the 5 most used web applications at Flinders University.
• I was responsible for improvements to key metrics like load times for Student Evaluation and Teaching web apps. I influenced the stakeholders about the impact and value of making these changes and led the efforts to successfully change and deploy the various systems.
