India RPO – I wrote the training material for full end-to-end recruitment to enable our RPO provider in Pune and Hyderabad (Randstad) to be trained in the full Telstra end-to-end process. The training material included policy and process, as well as systems in a work instruction format.
MyCareer – delivery of the MyCareer platform and training into TACS. This integrated platform links performance, job search, Success Profiles, and learning into one user interface. The platform was developed by Telstra HR, and I was part of a team of three that implemented the platform into TACS.
ASK HR – this global platform contains all HR policies and processes as an online tool for all employees. This self-service tool enables all employees to understand all of Telstra’s policies and processes in a work instruction style format, reducing calls to our advisory team. It is responsible for the delivery of new and existing documentation that sits within the remit of the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Career Services.
Behavioral Event Interviewing - I started as a general trainer teaching hiring managers behavioral interviewing. This was a two-day course that all hiring managers were required to attend and pass. After nine months, I was given the role of lead trainer for the program. This was a plus one in addition to my role.
SharePoint – Worked as a co-project manager to deliver a SharePoint platform for all documentation for TACS. The SharePoint housed all recruitment and resourcing reports for all of Telstra HR and Workforce Planning, creating a single source of truth for TACS.
Customer Experience Screening Tool (CEST) – a Situational Judgement Testing tool built for all customer-facing roles in the business. I was part of the team responsible for the integration of the battery of tests into Page-Up (our RMS). I created all the approval documentation that was sent to HR Engagement and Governance Design Authority to gain implementation approval. Post-implementation, I was part of a small team to train all staff.

Originally employed by Allegis Global Solutions for the Telstra RPO, in December 2016, Telstra decided to move from an RPO to an in-house model. I was invited to interview for my role and was successful in keeping my Senior Recruitment role as part of the Telstra in-house team.
Recruiting across a variety of business divisions, my focus was on the technical recruitment of Manager and Group Manager level roles. One of my greatest achievements was successfully filling 250 permanent, full-time roles across an 18-month period (2016/2017).
