My ‘can do’ approach is testimony to me being a self-confessed high achiever, as I take pride and responsibility in driving and delivering outcomes. Throughout my career, I have worked with various human cohorts and target groups. For many years, majority of these target groups have been vulnerable; high needs individuals and families with complex issues and severe experiences of trauma. I have led various and numerous project management initiatives and delivered organisational reforms in spaces aligned to introduction of new workforce development tools, driving workforce efficiency reviews and capacity building in Aboriginal communities.
