Assumed role of Project Manager and advanced to Senior Project Manager by Dec 2022. Managed various projects involving rolling stock on Athens Metro L4 with a fleet of 20 trains, each consisting of four cars. Oversaw the entire scope of the €144M project and supervised activities across multiple countries including India, Poland, France, Belgium, and China.

• Managed the project's overall plan, organization and control while staying in touch with activities of the organisation and customer.
• Maintained strict adherence to Project Management methodology guidelines throughout project implementation. Monitored and controlled project objectives for quality, safety, delivery, and costs.
• Led and maintained relationships with Elliniko Metro as the Alstom customer representative, supervising all tasks related to Rolling stock as a Project Manager.

• Oversaw end-to-end R&D activities for the Metro Range division from the Indian office.
• Oversaw specific programs for Indian market product range, collaborating with senior development leaders from Alstom to shape the product line.
• Led initiative to transfer Engineering activities and manage resources for entire Metro product line in partnership with Product team.
• Executed duties as Traction Product Manager (Legacy AT & Ex BT scope) for APAC portfolio through July 2022 to meet company requirements.

Proved competence and diligence in managing traction products, which led to rapid promotion to Components Product Métier Manager by April 2020.

Major responsibilities as a Product Manager for product and tender portfolio:

• Offered expertise in supporting the sales team during the pre-tendering and tendering stages for Bogie, Traction, and Auxiliary systems, including competency development of the local team.
• Played an instrumental role in liaising with Components Platform and Centers of Excellence regarding product-related matters, while also serving as a vital contributor to the core team's effort in developing business cases for deciding on product lines (Design/Industrial transfer).
• Co-led business case development for tenders across APAC region to promote Bogie, Traction, and Aux Design footprint.
• Provided valuable insights on competitor products by assessing market competition and collaborating with Centers of Excellence.
• Developed proposals for yearly budget allocation to sustain, research and develop, as well as pre-tender.
• Collaborated on efforts to localize components within the region.

• Assessed KPI across various project milestones, advising and assisting Project team with problem resolution.
• Streamlined REX and customer service operations for optimal efficiency.

Promoted to Head - Site Bids & Projects within the first 2 years of joining as a Sub System Manager.

• Led site's Bid, Project, Product, Planning, and Change & Configuration Management departments.
• Achieved cost savings across product lines through efficient decision-making process regarding lot of product transfers.
• Completed major product transfers and significantly expanded the Coimbatore site, resulting in more than €100M worth of order bookings and sales per financial year.

• Handled customers such as Indian Railways, BEML, and Alstom for diverse projects. Managed project execution for Chennai Metro (Alstom), IR Fiat Bogie frames (RCF), and Jaipur Metro (BEML).
• Successfully prepared competitive offers for Railway Bogie projects while maintaining effective coordination with various departments including Production, Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Procurement.
• Collaborated with Center of Excellence's Product Management team for product selection in tenders.
• Provided extensive support to sales team throughout tendering & sales process including advice on pricing and schedule of project.
• Oversaw inspection and approval processes for various stages of product manufacturing cycle including jigs, fixtures, test bench, and first component produced.
