Working at Hough Tullett helped improve my people skills and communication while I was working with different clients and other disciplines in the industry. I handled multiple projects at one time so I needed good time management and organisational skills.

I was given additional responsibilities towards the end of my time working at The Outgate inn. This included opening up, locking up and checking stock for orders. I always maintained a clean and welcoming dining environment ensuring a positive guest experience.

The kings arms was a fast paced pub in a small tourist village that was always at full capacity. I often had to handle high pressured situations while maintaining excellent service standards even during busy shifts. My main job here was a waitress in the restaurant while doing some occasional bar work and house keeping.

The Belmount hall is a prestigious wedding venue in the heart of the Lake District where I got valuable serving experience of canapés, reception drinks and the wedding breakfast, both buffet and served.

I processed transactions accurately while maintaining a high level of customer service. Part of my job was to help customers locate products and helped advise on what would be best for each individual customer.
