As an Educational Leader the role is to guide the Program Managers to maintain the highest level of Before and After School Care programs.
To work collaboratively with all stake-holders.
To achieve the same positive missions and strategies applied at each school by fostering positive relationships with School Leaders.
To ensure the programs are compliant with all government regulations at all times.
To train Staff in the 11 Chid safe Standards and how to uphold them.
To train and guide Program Managers to plan weekly programs using the Acecqa Cycle of Planning and ensuring the 5 outcomes for the children are met in accordance to the ELYF Framework.
To ensure the National Quality Standards are upheld.
To help staff with Behaviour Guidance in conjunction with policies and procedures.
Successfully maintain staffing and resources to achieve program objectives within budget.
To answer parent / carer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
To use stakeholder feedback in the continued improvement of services.
