A "working team leader" role directly responsible for smoothly coordinating the business-as-usual operations across the business lines at the Two Good Eveleigh site: Good Food; Good Things; Work Work Program; Volunteers & Shelter Meals; Marketing and Finance.

This also included Facility Management, WH&S, Technology operations, Staff Reviews and Site Reporting, Retail Sales, Resource Management, Staff onboarding and Training.

Worked closely with CEO and CMO, Studio Heads and oversaw the smooth running of the back of house operations across the business including Finance, HR, Legal & Contracts, Tenders & Bids, Policy & Procedures, Reporting, Technology predominantly for Sydney and Melbourne studios with dotted line into Singapore and New York.

Focused on providing strong, streamlined operational support to the creative business, so that design capabilities are amplified and creatives are supported in a collaborative and nurturing work environment.

Board Secretary responsible for coordination and administration of meeting schedule, agenda, meetings papers, minutes and actions.

Worked closely with CEO to establish and maintain systems and processes to strengthen the culture and support the creative heart of the business, including: Finance & Budgets, Implement and Administer HR framework, Policy and Procedures including Quality Management System, Compiling Tenders, Project Profiles, Technology and Award Submissions

Direct report to Head of Risk - Investment Platforms, the largest business line within nab group.

Responsible for managing monthly, annual and quarterly reporting to Committees, Boards and Head of Department Meetings including coordinating responses to Group Risk and Compliance on behalf of Investment Platforms.

Managed annual External Compliance Audit, including the implementation of processes and systems in preparation.

Worked closely with COO and CEO to establish systems and processes to support the business. Established meeting rhythms, leadership meetings, staff events to build culture.
