This work is community-based, including nursing practice in family health centre clinics, home visiting, Marae and daycare centres clinics and emphasizes prevention, early intervention, and education.
Achievements:
I was honoured to be invited (in 2020 and 2021) by the New Zealand Chinese TV channel to present about 40-minutes child and family health care promotion program . The interview broadcast on local TV and uploaded into their YouTube Channel as well. This opportunity allowed me to explain and share my expertise on early awareness of postpartum depression and infant fever intervention in New Zealand, educate the community, and promote evidence-based health practices.
This achievement highlights my ability to effectively communicate important health messages. It was a rewarding experience to contribute to public awareness and make a positive impact on community health.
