Objective:
Having reached a stage in life where I can dedicate the time and apply my knowledge and expertise to the Board of the ABCRA if given the opportunity.
I have been a member of the ABCRA for 40+yrs. In that time, I have represented the ABCRA twice at the World Finals in El Paso Texas, won many titles in different events, competed at and Judged the ABCRA National Finals on numerous occasions, and Judged the Sydney Show Rodeo many times.
With 40+yrs, experience behind me in successfully running Equine events, 20yrs experience in managerial roles including budgeting and accounts, 6yrs experience building and expanding my own equine business, currently in my second, two-year term as the SZ Councillor and the Chair of the ABCRA National Judges Panel, allows me the confidence and knowledge to benefit an association I have spent my life supporting.
Eagleview Equine is a self-developed business specifically for the training and education of horses for all disciplines. Our facilities have been designed to also accommodate lessons and agistment, this enables us to offer a service that lets us evolve and grow with the ever-increasing demands.
Key role was to control costs and inventory at the business and secure quality suppliers.
Numerous internal training course conducted at GMP including WHS policies and procedures, Risk Assessments, Chemical Handling, Warden Training, Quality Assurance Requirements and HACCP Training
I am heavily involved in many local community organisations including:
