Eagleview Equine is a self-developed business specifically for the training and education of horses for all disciplines. Our facilities have been designed to also accommodate lessons and agistment, this enables us to offer a service that lets us evolve and grow with the ever-increasing demands.

• Manage day-to-day business operations.
• Currently employ 5 staff, full and part-time.
• Coordinate bookings between clients, transport and delivery.
• Writing of quotation, contracts and invoicing.
• Correlation and reconciliation of accounts on XERO.
• Review profit and loss with Accountant quarterly.
• Animal husbandry, feed, drench, farrier and livestock supplies.
• Repairs and maintenance of facilities.
• Education and training of horses.
• Scaled agistment, short and long term.
• Self-development training between horse and rider.
• Ongoing staff training and development.
• Social Media advertising and communication.
• Constant consultation with clients.

Key role was to control costs and inventory at the business and secure quality suppliers.

• Meticulously managing all stocks within business and setting up processes to reduce wastage, maintain inventory control and streamline actual needs.
• Negotiating with key suppliers to gain best available pricing and quality products.
• Working with suppliers to strengthen relationships and build transparent relationships.
• Negotiated key supply and service contracts with customers and suppliers.
• Working with finance/production/maintenance teams to ensure supplies were received on time and in full.
