- Improved the accuracy and quality of budgeting, monthly reporting and forecasting.
- Reducing site monthly variance and forecast reporting from 7 to 4 days, while at the same time reducing the finance function staff from 13 to 6 including my position of Accounting & Administration manager.
- Coached the site finance team so they understood department cost variances and in turn assist department operations personnel know their business.
