  • In this role I have worked on 8 projects that involved the process of improving digital and service experiences covering eCommerce, Aviation, Software as a service, utilities & public service
  • Co-faciliated group and 1:1 interviews with client stakeholders to create visual material consisting of a video, email template & starter guides to improve the employee onboarding experience for a government agency
  • Owned the end to end UX/UI design process of integrating Generative AI into Accenture's event resolution web application focusing on it's rules engine from user heuristic evaluations, competitive analysis to stakeholder validation and testing which was then built in AWS amplify
  • Designed a dashboard in a 4 week sprint for an energy retailer covering the 3 use cases of financials, technical KPIs and health checks and this was built in Splunk
  • Developed high-fidelity UI designs for Accenture's financial application tracker for executives to manage and view financials which was then built in Microsoft PowerBI
  • Contributed to the UX research involving affinity mapping, artefact synthesis, 1:1 stakeholder interviews and current state assessment which has involved in producing a product vision and roadmap for an Aviation client's website for the next 3 years
  • Contributed to the redesign of key screens of shoppable content utilising material UI components in helping developers build a UI code base for Salesforce Commerce Cloud and CommerceTools
  • Owned the creation of a new design system based on a major retailer and created a mini proof of concept design and prototyping demonstrating component behaviour and worked with a designer and a developer to validate the POC utilising Figma tokens and storybook with the purpose to foster closer collaboration between designers and developers reducing development and delivery times and this methodology has been deployed to two client accounts

Multimedia Production Intern

  • This internship is part of my media internship capstone at Macquarie University where I have worked with the organisation to create a video that introduces the organisation for internal and marketing purposes
  • Worked with one other intern in producing the video
  • Script wrote, storyboarded, designed and produced concept scenes using stock images and assets
  • Designed and animated scenes and worked on the post-production of the video using Adobe Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro to produce the introduction video
  • Introduction video was then distributed onto the organisation's Facebook page along with internal communications
