In progression from cost and estimating engineer, senior cost engineer, Lead cost engineer, in recent years Project Controls Manger (PCM), and Subject Matter Expert (SME) participating in bid evaluations, local content, cost and project risk, and mitigation reporting at all levels. Experience across EPC contracting companies and EPC Client-operating development companies, ranging from small to large projects. Providing project controls management experience in full project life cycle cost forecast, reporting, forecast and mitigation from FEED, Contract bid evaluation, FID, and Full project execution (early works civils, through construction and commissioning) with site experience.
