Obtained qualification to become a licenced carpenter and completed numerous projects to develop property I own.


Achieved a number one ranking in Jiu-jitsu for Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Australia and Pan Pacific numerous times in several divisions and weight classes. I also achieved two top 10 world rankings. I coached my own team of athletes to help them to achieve their personal goals of winning State, National, Pan Pacific and World titles.


My favourite part of this time was my ability to work from home and significantly engage in the lives and education of my 4 daughters.


This period demonstrates my strong work ethic and ability to motivate myself whilst working autonomously. I utilised my skills and experience in leading and mentoring small teams of athletes to achieve exceptional outcomes. It also demonstrates my commitment to personal health and fitness that is essential in a role requiring physical exertion.
