I grew my TAB Business in the online environment when there was a significant downturn in Retail exposure .
I maintained my same staff for the 15 years I operated the TAB Business, this was largely due to understanding their needs and working closely with them through any issues that were presented during their employment
I was President of the TAB Agents Association in WA ensuring the needs of our 70 Agency network was well represented to Racing and Wagering WA. I held this role for 7 years an elected post I sought reelection for annually.
I have been involved in National TAB conferences around Australia as President of our Association and understand fully the value of Networking.
