• Executing day-to-day tasks effectively and efficiently
• Shows continuous support to external/internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery on jobsite
• Delegates and coordinates work tasks with team members to increase engagement and responsibilities across the team
• Water and wastewater asset maintenance both planned and reactive
• Working with Civil Planners team, Networks and other areas of the business
• Coordinate with other Sydney Water teams (Civil Delivery, SOC, other Networks teams, Delivery Management) and external service providers to maintain services to customers
• Breakdown maintenance response to reinstate asset performance and customer services, or scopes task/resource requirements
• First response environmental protection (wastewater overflow mitigation and water discharge controls)
• Site management for incidents, including timely customer and stakeholder communications
• Operational capability and planned maintenance of the network to manage safety, customer and environmental risks during the operation and repair of assets.
