WA Department of Health - Outpatient Current State and Future State Blueprinting
Led the Outpatient Current and Future State Blueprinting initiative, taking a human-centred approach to reimagine outpatient care across WA. Working closely with Health Service Providers, GPs, PathWest, and the Health Consumers’ Council, I facilitated a series of workshops to define the target state experience for consumers and providers.Through extensive consultation and review of existing collateral, we identified key pain points, developed a system-wide service blueprint, and outlined first-move priorities for FY25. The work aligns with the OPR program roadmap and provides a clear pathway for system-wide transformation, focused on improving the moments that matter in outpatient care.
Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) – PMO, Project Manager
Led the uplift of the CAHS PMO to enhance governance, visibility, and delivery across key programs. Developed a Program Management Framework, established structured reporting for major inquiries, and introduced best practice disciplines in planning, risk management, and forecasting. Provided coaching to build internal capability and worked closely with senior leaders to align priorities and support strategic decision-making. This work positioned the PMO as a key enabler of enterprise-wide transformation and delivery excellence.4o

COVID-19 Taskforce – Program Delivery Office, Project Manager (Jan 2021 – May 2021)
Led the Post-Vaccination Surveillance workstream as part of the national COVID-19 Vaccine Program. Built and maintained relationships with key stakeholders including the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), Immunisation and Communicable Diseases Branch (ICDB), Pfizer, AstraZeneca, and logistics providers. Designed and implemented processes to support the safe, effective rollout of vaccinations across Australia.
Additionally, supported urgent Ministerial and Prime Ministerial requests by developing dashboards and visual materials used in press conferences and executive briefings, ensuring high-quality, real-time communication on program performance.
Department of Health, Western Australia: Health Fit-Testing and Respiratory Protection Program – Senior Consultant.
Supported the mobilization of a statewide Respiratory Protection Program to implement fit-testing for P2/N95 masks in high-risk healthcare settings. Led the design and development of the program plan, initial risk assessment, and key foundational elements, including methodology and training design, supplier analysis, stakeholder engagement, and outcomes tracking. Co-authored the WA Health Respiratory Protection Guideline to guide program implementation across the system.
Child and Adolescent Health Service, WA WA Children’s Hospice Project – Senior Consultant
Led development of the Functional Brief and initial Model of Care for WA’s first Children’s Hospice. This involved conducting a comprehensive jurisdictional review, facilitating stakeholder and consumer engagement workshops, and preparing a detailed functional design brief to inform early planning, cost estimates, and architectural procurement.

Led key workstreams for the development of the WA Cancer Plan 2020–2025.
