WA Department of Health - Outpatient Current State and Future State Blueprinting

Led the Outpatient Current and Future State Blueprinting initiative, taking a human-centred approach to reimagine outpatient care across WA. Working closely with Health Service Providers, GPs, PathWest, and the Health Consumers’ Council, I facilitated a series of workshops to define the target state experience for consumers and providers.Through extensive consultation and review of existing collateral, we identified key pain points, developed a system-wide service blueprint, and outlined first-move priorities for FY25. The work aligns with the OPR program roadmap and provides a clear pathway for system-wide transformation, focused on improving the moments that matter in outpatient care.
