Jelena Skoric

I started at RACV in February 2022. Since starting I have been able to slowly grow within the department. Not only is my role as a Roadside Assistance Consultant but also I now handle Care which involves me to help our members when broken interstate and being the first point of contact for them. I also do floorwalking where I am able to help other consultants out. I have also started to POC which was one of my goals I wanted to achieve,

• My role at Iselect is a sales consultant in Car Insurance
• I receive inbound calls from customers and also take outbound calls
• My job is to make sure customer are getting the best value for their insurance but also to make sure they are not paying to much and to help them out, save them time and money
• I also look after my customers by looking into their private health insurance, energy and home and contents insurance
• I like to give my customers great customer experience and to make sure they are happy with their service by the of the call.

• I started my role at Expo Trade in November 2018 as a Account Manager
• My main responsibilities are to contact companies that have attended Expo trade’s conferences between Victoria, Western Australia, South Australia, New South Wales, Queensland and Northern Territory and advising them of the upcoming conferences
• March 2019 I got offered to become a Senior Account Manager with the same responsibilities as well as taking aboard new challenges and responsibilities.

• I started my role at TSA as an outbound consultant within the Telstra cross sell division
• My main responsibilities are to contact existing Telstra customers and to engage them in regards to how they are using their services and then provide them with an up to date solution
• The Overall aim of TSA is to increase revenue for Telstra via cross selling products to customers
• I regularly over achieve my KPI's and have become a well-respected member of the team
• New team members are often partnered with me so they can learn both compliance and sales techniques
• In this role I have learnt a lot about how to effectively build rapport, manage my time, use several systems at once and have really developed in my professional attributes.

• I began my Employment at Best and Less as an Customer Service role
• My main responsibilities were to engage within the customer needs, make sure that customers were always put first and to be able to help them with what they needed.
